Kevin Latshaw graduated from the University of North Carolina Wilmington with his degree in Integrated Marketing Communication and a minor in Entrepreneurship and Innovation. He received his law degree from the Campbell University School of Law in Raleigh, NC. While in law school, Mr. Latshaw served as the Editor-In-Chief of The Campbell Law Observer and was an inaugural member of the Innovate Capital Business Law Clinic. Additionally, he externed as in-house Corporate Counsel for a large multinational company where he handled a wide range of legal issues. Mr. Latshaw is licensed to practice in North Carolina state courts as well as U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina. Mr. Latshaw focuses his practice in the areas of business formation and corporate governance, business litigation, and commercial and residential real estate.
